Sub Vendor numbers in Dashboard

Steps:
1. Go to advanced Search
2. In Vendor field, enter Billig Law PC
3. Keep filter to ‘All Years’
When you get the transaction page for Billig Law PC, the Contracts Featured Dashboard is suddenly showing numbers in the Billions. This is definitely incorrect (see below):
The overall MWBE Contract amount for the entire city is $620.1M and the overall Subvendor Contract amount for the entire city is $463.1
