Hi everyone!
Wow! long-time no see, talk or email. Hope everyone is doing well and up to no good this summer. Below is some information about an event Survivors Inc. and others are pulling together on the state of the safety net programs in Boston and Beyond. I think it has the potential to be a wonderful, wonderful event especially with all of you there! Hope to see you on the 15th if not before,

The State of the Safety (Not) Net

Speakers from local organizations report on legal services, family crisis, food security, homelessness prevention, welfare, childcare,battered women’s support services, elder services and other critical community needs. Discussion will follow.

Wheelchair accessible. Childcare and Spanish translation. Refreshments will be provided.

WHEN: Saturday Sept. 15, 3-6 p.m.
WHERE: First Baptist Church

Just a reminder about this event on the state of the Safety Net Survivors and others are putting on this Saturday at 3pm at the First Baptist Church in JP. Their will be childcare and English-Spanish interpratation available. And snacks!
