My self Satya From Jamshedpur, I also have recived the call from Reliance Life Insurance Company (R.K. Malhotra) He also have promised the same things of intrest free loan so I have decided to check internet first as it sounds suspicious to me. And with the help of Google and you all I am not going to invest so I will be not cheated by them.

Can you pls post your reply on the googlegroups thread that I have started asking for details of each victim.  That way we will have an automatic list of vicitms and once we have reached about 12 to 15,  we could jointly go to press, police and court of law against reliance life insurance.   Also, pls help me to contact all the victims as much as possible.   Right now, we are just too small in number to make an credible noise

Hello sir,

I am CN BALU RAMESH , policy holder of policy no.50728214, cheated by Ms. L.Kanmani Priya and Mr. M.Karthik working for Associated company on behalf of Reliance life insurance LTD. Ms. L.Kanmani Priya and Mr. M.Karthik called me on 10-02-2012 and introduced himself as insurance agent of reliance life insurance office, Chennai. Ms. L.Kanmani Priya and Mr. M.Karthik offered me the Guaranteed Money Back Plan for 15 lakhs sum-assured for the period of 15years. I have to pay every year only one Lakh up to five year. And the plan has following benefits:

 

1.    On completion of 5th year the invested amount will be 15% will be return on top sum assured.

i.e

Rs 1,00,000  * 5  years = 5,00,000.

From 6^th year

15% * 15,00,000 =  2,25,000 amount will be paid till 14^th year.

15^th year Sum-assured + compound interest on maturity date.

 

2.    Plan has the option of medical insurance

3.    Plan has the option of home loans which is applicable after 6 months and can take up to sum-assured amount @ interest rate of 7.25 per annum.

I agreed to take the policy and handed over cheque of one Lakh dated on 27-01-2012 to reliance’s collection executive and signed the application form no. D5518462. . I wrote my family members name age/Date of birth behind my driving license/Pan card xerox copy, which I submitted with application form for my permanent address proof, if you need a proof you can verify it.

After receiving my documents, I try to verified  the document about my family members details  and policy information was totally different policy details which does not match what Ms. L.Kanmani Priya and Mr. M.Karthik  has commited to me whichever document is attached.

After these misstatement and false commitment from insurance agent Ms. L.Kanmani Priya and Mr. M.Karthik on behalf of reliance life insurance company ltd., I am no more interested to continue the policy. I need my money back to have some other health care plan from other company. Please assist me on this problem.

Involving news agency and media to expose this racket is the plan.  But this is not so easy.  We need to group together of atleast 15 to 20 people for news agency to trust us and make a note....else they will ignore us.   Right now,  I need help of each and every one in this group to find atleast 2 to 3 victims.. that effort is not happening and without that we won't make any good progress.  Once we are 15 to 20 people,  we can even approach directly Anil Ambani through some contacts and let him know the issue.

Hi group members.

This is Pranav from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

My Dad is also cheated from reliance life insurance as he promised for loan of Rs. 5 Lac with 0% interest for 10 years terms.

So can anyone help in this matter as we belong to middle class family and want to fight against the same as can not afford such huge fraud as his saving totally vanished.
