Dear Mr. Nandardhane,
We refer to your communication dated February 23, 2016 regarding your Reliance Money Multiplier Plan (regular premium) policy number 50735305 and the concern you have highlighted to us.
We would like to re-iterate that the policy was issued basis the proposal forms submitted by you along with the first premium payment towards the issuance of the policy. Your feedback and concerns were not highlighted to us within the freelook period of 15 days from policy delivery.
Further to your email, we rechecked your submissions in detail. However, we were unable to find any ambiguity pointing to an incorrect sale in this policy.
As mentioned in our earlier response and telephonic interaction :
The first request for cancellation of the policy requesting a refund of the premium was received by us well beyond the Freelook period on February 08, 2016.
We urge you to kindly continue making regular renewal premium payments towards your aforementioned policies to ensure continued coverage as per the terms and conditions of the policy.

Thanks for your replay,As i said during our conversation, that these policies were renewed by me in order to save my investment which would have got lapsed if not continued.
Some how i could manage to pay the renewal premium for policy no.50521224 and 50586220 from last four years and will continue to pay till last premium as the premium payment term for the same is only five years.
For paying this renewal premium i have taken a personal loan, my only request is to get the refund once my policy premium payment is completed, so that i can liquidate my loan amount.
As per as policy no.50735305 is concern i could not manage to continue the same due to financial burden and same got lapsed.The premium term also for the same was 10 years , so it would have been difficult for me to continue the same. The second reason is that on request of the policy advisor i have send original document to him.
Can you please consider policy no. 50735305 for cancellation.
I am attaching here with voice recordings as an evidence. Please consider the same and help me in this regards.
