After several runs of my irrigation system, I was not sure the device was working as described. The amt of fertilizer distributed is not as much as I anticipated. I experimented by placing colored water in the device. I ran my system twice for twenty minutes each time. I took a sample of the remaining solution left in the reservoir. Expecting to see no colored water, I was surprised as I compared the original solution with the sample taken after two twenty minute runs. There was little difference in the color. Some of the colored water was inserted into the system...but not much. The device should have a meter dial to adjust the amt of fertilizer that enters the system. Disappointed, as I had high hopes.
