The process start to finish for this order has been terrible.

First of all, Amazon said the bed was IN STOCK, so I ordered it. Next day, lo and behold, it won't be shipped for weeks! Only problem is that I am moving to a new house, so I call Amazon to change the shipping address the next day. Sorry, we can't change the shipping address because the order is "in process." Really???? How can it be in process if I have to wait weeks? So once the order is finally shipped, I call UPS myself and have the package diverted for $10 bucks. No big deal, right!?!!?

We finally get the bed a couple of days ago in two separate boxes. It was really heavy. After lugging the thing up the stairs, it took us about an hour to put together. I would say that the fabric was attractive and about what I expected for the price. We got the whole thing put together, and it is hard to tell from the picture, but you can visibly see these awful black brackets underneath the headboard! Also, the headboard doesn't go all the way down the bracket, so you see gaping holes in ugly black brackets! Who would design something so ugly?

So I put in for a refund, Amazon says no problem and they're sending UPS the next day to pick it up. Great. Come back to house this afternoon and UPS only picks up one of the two boxes! Call up UPS, they say, sorry, Amazon only requested us to pick up one package. OMG!!! Call Amazon, they say they are going to send UPS back to pick up the other box. Then a few minutes ago, I get an e-mail from Amazon that they are sending a label to my OLD address so I can put it back on the box. OMG!!

Let me just say that I typically love Amazon, and between my husband and I, we probably spend thousands of dollars a year with this company. Typically the service is great and seamless, but this one has been a real doozy! Shape up Amazon!

Also show more pictures of this bed before you try to sell it online. Like without a mattress on it blocking the view of the ugly metal brackets!!
