Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

 

Lead full lifecycle Salesforce projects (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)

Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects

Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and resource allocation strategies

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals

Implement Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate

 

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and executive leadership

Translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables

Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and escalation management

Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings

 

Salesforce Revenue Cloud Expertise

Lead implementation and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including:

CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)

Billing

Advanced Approvals

Order Management & Revenue Management

Define and manage workflows for pricing, discounting, subscription management, and renewals

Ensure integration with ERP, finance, and downstream systems

 

Team Leadership

Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business analysts

Drive collaboration and remove blockers to ensure smooth project execution

Mentor team members and ensure adherence to best practices

 

Quality & Governance

Ensure proper documentation, testing strategies, and deployment processes

Enforce Salesforce best practices, governance, and compliance standards

Monitor project KPIs and continuously improve delivery processes

 

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field

7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce projects

Proven experience managing Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing modules

Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or Waterfall methodologies

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Salesforce certifications such as:

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Salesforce CPQ Specialist

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe)

Experience in integrations (using APIs, middleware like MuleSoft, etc.)

Knowledge of subscription-based business models and revenue lifecycle management

Experience working in enterprise-scale or global Salesforce implementations
