IAM/ IGA Analyst
The IAM analyst will partner directly with developers, engineering teams, and IAM to define access patterns, entitlements and governance controls while driving execution to near-term delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Access Pattern Analysis & Governance
Partner with development team to understand:
Current access usage patterns (apps, repos, environments)
Gaps between current vs. required access
Analyze access request data to identify:
High frequency patterns
Opportunities for role/entitlement creation
Validate access against data sensitivity and environment
Support pilot and iterate based on lessons learned
Entitlement and persona design
Translate developer needs into
Persona based access models
Use case-based entitlements
Developer and Stakeholder engagement
Facilitate working sessions with developers, app owners, entitlement owners, security teams
Required Skills & Experience:
IAM/Access Management
Experience with IAM/IGA tools
Strong understanding of: RBAC, access request and approval workflows, Active Directory, application onboarding
Technical and Analytics
Ability to analyze access data, usage patterns, entitlement structure
Experience working with developers and understanding dev environments and repositories
Execution & delivery
Proven ability to move from analysis to implementation
Strong organization and follow through
Nice to Have:
Experience with GenAI tools
Experience or understanding of Zero Trust Model
