Job Summary:

 

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to lead the implementation of ITSM Managed Services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality consultancy services to our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in IT service management and a passion for driving operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and translate them into effective ITSM strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow modules.
• Provide training and support to client teams on ServiceNow functionalities and ITSM processes.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on ITSM best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and ServiceNow updates to provide innovative solutions.

 

Mandatory Skills:

 

• Extensive experience with ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes.
• Proven experience in managing ITSM implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and customizations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in ITSM consultancy or related roles.
• Demonstrated success in leading ITSM projects and delivering client satisfaction.
