The device doesn't work well, not even the GPS portion. The support from the company is nearly non-existent.

1) Often times while using the GPS, it starts delaying. Instead of live, it shows you 10-45 seconds ago. Meaning, if you pass a road, on the map it can sometimes take 30 seconds before it shows you passing. This complicates directions.

2) The video player doesn't work well. It can't handle anything but the most basic clips.

3) The MP3 player has trouble with some MP3s.

4) The MP3 player cannot be controlled while using the navigation features.

5) The one game that comes with it runs horribly slow and is basically unplayable.
