We have had this chair for a couple months now. We were setting up a computer in a room that is visible from the great room and kitchen so we wanted something smaller than a full sized desk chair.

It came packaged well and was as described. Assembly was fairly straight forward with adequate instructions. I did at one point mix up some screws and had to switch them out later. There are a few that are slightly different sizes so be careful.

Until this chair came and was set up we were using an older full sized chair that was very soft and would lean way back. This chair is much firmer and the back does not lean back.The whole chair will tilt back some. At first it seemed too firm but after using it for a couple months it seems fine. I do wish it would lean back a little more but it probably forces me to have better posture and it does have good lumbar support.
