There are builds for B6 80W with Nuvoton MCU. You have to check what MCU charger use. It can even be blank and thus not supported. Quite a lottery. 80W versions are not much different from 50W ones. There will be some changes in power parts, not much more.

AFAIK Atmega and Nuvoton has label. If there is blank chip, it is something unknown and not supported. Not 100% sure about it though.

You were unlucky here. :(
This is not Atmega32, crystal is on different pins. You can look through this mailing list, there are some threads about this topic.

Replacement should be doable, but those MCUs has completely different pinout. You'll have to track where current traces go and wire it up pin by pin to Atmega. I gave up after approx. 13 pins connected.

Nop I think they just put the 5V regulator on-top on this design.

Hi!
I have also the same 3 FET design and i am also qurious about its' unknown processors' type and if it is flashabe. I have found a russian topic about this type but i can not read it unfortunately... Heree it is : https://www.drive2.ru/c/2797964/
By the way, on its box and manual it is written that it is 80W but on the site where i have ordered it was witten 50W... so it is another question gentleman!
