I couldn't find folks mentioning my charger on this forum so I wanted to share my experience.

The charger looks very much like GT Power A6-10 or Turnigy A-6-10, so I decided to try cheali-charger firmware for one of them without modifications and it doesn't work (so far), the charger turns on, displays the firmware version and then stops at "eeprom reset:15" screen. The keyboard doesn't seem to respond.

Also I think the Turnigy A-6-10 cheali firmware burned the backlight on my screen, it went on bright for a brief period of time and then never turned back again.

I hope the problem is as simple as pin assignment for the keyboard or something trivial like that, but I'll have to de-solder the screen.

Thank you.

Below are some pictures of the inside of Thunder T610, the screen is soldered in so the most interesting parts are not visible.

cheali firmware works on my Thunder T610, it turns out I had my keyboard inserted upside down (ups).

I used the GT Power A6-10 firmware.

My charger required significant adjustments to the default calibration values, but is very accurate now. I'm still exploring cheali.

Thank you,
Nicolae.

This group is meant as support to alternative firmware called cheali, look here if you are interested.
In cheali charger FW, go to Options -> Calibrate.

Stock FW might have some hidden menu, try googling eg. this. or modify keywords according to your charger.
