Looking for anyone who could figure out the chip and reprogram it. Completing the board layout will take time, but I hope someone can chime in and do the software side of things. There are plenty of these chargers around this region that could use calibration and extra features if possible, open up cheali-charger to these units. ~R

(don't mind the extra vias, I hated how the real board did it)

There's no marking on the chip, that is why reverse engineering the board to know how it is used and know what chip it is. Some said it may be a Z8051 or Abov chip. If the firmware cannot be dumped from the chip, knowing the board can help make one from scratch

Not too far from done, then a schematic may be created. ~R

Thank you for the work done! Will you be sharing all the files once it's finished? There's a forum member who has also done the same thing but with an iMax B6 50W.

I'm eagerly awaiting a forum member to create a clone of the Turnigy 200W 10A, or even better, the Turnigy 400W 20A.

Here we are. Was busy with trade school, progress had slowed down - but not stopped! Still need to add more...the temp sensor input in particular. Of course, when done the files shall be posted here...if allowed (if not, will be linked to Drive)

(Making a schematic for this is troublesome if the MCU is unknown, making a new package for it will be painful)
