Hello!
This course is designed to give participants knowledge and tools to get you started on the path to create your own cooperative housing.
The class will include:
• Models of ownership
• Building typology for co-ops
• Keys to co-op affordability
• A 4-factor framework for developing housing cooperatives
I'm putting on an online presentation called Discover the Benefits of Housing Co-ops on February 16th at 6:00 pm sponsored by the City of Austin (non-Austin residents are welcome).
