Management Supervisor
Job Descriptions:
Monitor,
review, control and provide professional analysis on the organization
development, including development of employee’s competencies (training and
development), career management and/or performance management, in line with
organization assessment, organization planning/design, survey design, change
management, job analysis and evaluation initiatives in order to ensure services
are delivered in alignment to accommodate company organization future needs and
requirements.

Establish
company organization design and development as required by the organization.
·
Analyze,
develop, job description as per the organization structure.
·
Monitor
implementation of performance management system development as well as
promotion guidance.
·
Ensure
the smooth implementation of employee’s career management program.
·
Conduct
analysis of employee development and promotion initiatives.
·
Implement
QHSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility.
·
Calculate
and propose potential budget plan within his/ her area of responsibility.
·
Coach
and develop subordinates.
Requirements:
·
Bachelor
degree in HR, OD or related, having a master degree is an advantage.
·
Certified assessor / OD
Professional (preferable).
·
Fluency in written and spoken
English.
·
Over
5 years of experience in human resources, including 4 years in organization
development, preferably in energy sector.
·
Preferably
male.
