Now we have another vacant position that we would like to offer to CHRP Networks, i.e. HRBP for Retail Banking Group, and below are the information.

 

Job Summary:

To become the bridge between Retail Banking Group and HR Group, maintain relationship with internal/external customer with high integrity, respect and professionalism.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists management to establish recruitment and selection procedures and ensures that managers are familiar with the organization’s immediate and long-term recruitment needs.

·         In charge with the recruitment process for Retail Banking Group, starting with candidate selection, interview, schedule arrangement, offering process.

·         Involve in the Man Power Analysis, Turnover Analysis, headcount control and usage, conduct exit interview to get ideas for improvement

  • Communicate/socialize any changes in HR policies to RBG and assisting BU in implementing the changes to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Create and update standard profile of all position in RBG, create and maintain job design and job analysis.
  • Provide HR solutions for Retail Banking Group
  • Coordinate with the Learning and Development Division in conducting training needs analysis.

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Law, psychology or relevant discipline

·         5 years experience in Human Resources function

·         Have basic knowledge of government regulation, labor law, Bank policy and procedures

·         Familiar with software application, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

·         Fluent in English speaking and written

·         Good interpersonal and communication skill
