TAX TDS

Sir,

 

             I am a doctor, 30 years male, consultant in a pvt medical college. payment is 30,000 Rs/month consolidated. they cut a TDS of 10.2% (Rs 3090) per month.

 

            How do i get the refund and under what heads. is there any difference between consultant and employee status.
