Very Rare Chris Craft Super Sport - XK19

The Chris-Craft XK-19 ,originally designed in 1968, first came out in 1969 carrying the model name SS (Super Sport) only to be changed into XK from 1970 through 1974. During these years the Chris-Craft plants only produced a number of 276 XK-19s. Today these boats are a rare find.

I've had this boat for about 30 years.

This is a very rare boat to be a 1969 with the 327 Chris Craft Inboard and the SS Package - Ski Bar and Engine Cover Cushion. The boat is in good shape but it does need to be restored if you are looking for a show boat. This is a boat that I drove and used. It was not kept in a showroom. Straight dual exhaust sounds awesome. Fuel tank was emptied and treated last year, so no ethanol issues. Only has seen straight marine fuel. 

Last year it developed an engine problem and the wife says to sell it. Either the head gasket went or there is a crack in the block. Not sure but water is getting in the oil. Ran great until then. The trailer comes with it but has not been on the road in 30 plus years. It is not road worthy at all. Located in Mayville NY 14757.
