For many years the Hebrew Congregation of Chautauqua has sponsored a trip to the US Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC for high school students in Chautauqua County. On Sunday at 7 p.m. in Smith Wilkes Hall, some of the program's student and teacher participants will talk about how the proggram has affected them. The presentation, "The Impact of Holocaust Education in a Complex World: Empowering Upstanders in a Bystanders' World," is part of the Shirley Lazarus Sunday Evening Lecture Series. There is no charge, and all are welcome.
