Dear Chautauquans,
Grounding and Presencing Meditation is a new special studies class to help cultivate calm in the nervous system.
This guided meditation series will share body-based (somatic) approaches to help complete the stress cycle and invite attunement between mind and body.
This is a great course for anyone who gets "stuck" in high gear when stressed or for whom tension just won't let go.
Along with science-based somatic approaches, we will also weave in meditation informed by Buddhism and Yoga.
The series is offered week 3, Mon-Thurs from 12:30-1:30pm at Turner.
