In urgent need of a contractor

We are located at 21 Peck on the Grounds. We have 3 unexpected projects that we need to have completed by June 27:

1.) 2 small drywall patches from plumbing repairs 

2.) 3’ x 12’ flat roof repair including sheeting

3.) wood rot repaired between garden apartment and 1st floor in back corner of house. 

We would like references, please!
