Opinions on Commercial Fire Alarm Systems for your Whole Condo/Home

We are part of a 7 unit condo whose commercial fire alarm system is due to be replaced/revamped after 20+ years. We had been using Simplex but we are also taking bids from Allied and DFT. Does anyone have any opinions or recommendations in this area for these and any other vendors? Also, after 20+ years I would think there would be a lot more features and capabilities other than just smoke (burglary, video monitoring, remote controlling, thermostats etc etc. Thanks in advance

I am having issues with ADT right now. Cannot talk to a local rep. Only 800 number...not happy.

I am president of 6 unit Chautauqua Cottage Condo. We have used
Allied Alarm for many years. Results just fine.
