Pet Owners—A Gentle Reminder

I’ve encountered, on several occasions, folks depositing their pet waste bags into residential garbage cans on the grounds. Please be aware that these bags are not disposed of by regular collection as only large, bagged garbage is pulled out by the crews. They do not tip these receptacles. Consequently your little offerings collect at the bottom of the cans until someone retrieves and disposes of properly. Perhaps not a huge issue in the winter for year-rounders but I imagine some folks show up in June and are welcomed by your delightful surprises. Please dispose of pet waste in the proper, dedicated receptacles. Thank you.
