I wanted to share a glowing recommendation for Nancy. She got me out of a real pickle with a Google Nest lock that had gone haywire. What I appreciated most was her persistence and technical expertise; she exhausted every possible option to repair the lock before moving to a new install. Even though it turned into a complex, multi-hour job, she remained incredibly pleasant and focused on saving me money wherever possible. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to doing the job right!
