The 3rd floor (2br/1ba) apartment at Fernwood is newly available for the season. I have a family who just found the opportunity to get a bigger spot to accommodate more family for the season. I am hoping to find someone to replace them so they can take this bigger spot and not lose their deposit. Available full season ($10,000) . Potentially open to 1/2 season rentals (I have to run it by the guest who is swapping).
