The condo is a spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, first floor unit. It comes fully furnished and equipped with amenities: central AC and heat, washer/dryer, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. It has fast wifi and a smart TV with cable and streaming options.
The living room has a dinner table that seats 4+ people, and the family room is welcoming and comfortable with a couch and chairs. A sliding glass door opens onto a furnished porch, which overlooks the arboretum.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and en suite half bathroom, and the second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king. Each room is furnished with dressers and closets or wardrobes. There is a full bathroom with shower/tub combo in addition to the half bath. Towels and linens are provided.
The Overlook is located on the South end of the grounds, away from the hubbub but still close enough to walk or bike, and just steps from the bus and tram line.
We have a dedicated parking spot that is free for our guests. We also have a bike available to use (free with refundable deposit), and a bike rack off the porch.
The Overlook has been our family summer home for 20+ years, and has a warm and cozy feel. It is also filled with the art of local Chautauquans! We always enjoy staying there, and think you will too.
$2700 for the week, plus a $200 cleaning fee.
