The Hebrew Congregation of Chautauqua invites you to Kabbalat Shabbat (Welcoming the Sabbath) services Friday at 5 p.m. in Miller Park. Services will be led by Chautauqua's own Rabbi Sam Stahl, rabbi emeritus at Temple Beth El in San Antonio, with cantorial soloist Dr. Andy Symons from Buffalo. Services will be followed by Shabbat'zaa, a potluck pizza picnic. We provide the pizza, you bring your own beverage and a vegetarian salad, side dish or dessert to share. In case of rain, services will be in Smith Wilkes Hall and there will be no Shabbat'zza.
