· Furnished Porch with seating area and outdoor table facing the Arboretum

· WiFi and 2 smart TV’s with Roku streaming options

· Central AC and heat

· Washer and dryer

· Short walk to Thunder Bridge and Hall of Philosophy

· Dedicated parking spot in condo lot by Bryant Gate

· Bus and Tram stop a few steps from condo

· Lovely, quiet, friendly neighborhood

· No pets please

· $3,200 a week, includes cleaning fee
