Hello!

My name is Brittany Paterniti, I am an Occupational Therapist and the owner of Home Foundations Occupational Therapy, PLLC.

I provide private, in-home occupational therapy services for older adults who wish to reside safely and confidently in their homes (or summer homes). 

Services include home safety assessments, fall prevention training, adaptive equipment recommendations/training, and caregiver training.

I also offer home modification consultations, to provide Occupational Therapy tailored recommendations for home changes, to promote independence and aging-in-place.
