Second bedroom has twin beds and plentiful closet space. 

The dining area includes a full-sized dining room table that seats 4, and the living room is equipped for comfort with a couch, two comfortable reclining chairs, a coffee table and a TV. 

The fully-equipped kitchen has a stove, fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee-maker, tea kettle, and all dishes and cookware. It also has a dishwasher and a high-efficiency washer/dryer. 

The porch overlooks the Arboretum, and easily seats four. 

Included: fast wi-fi and a smart TV with cable and streaming services. 

Dedicated parking space with parking pass is included at no extra cost.  

A bike (and bike rack) is also included for all your Chautauqua adventures. 

$2850/week includes parking pass, bike usage, and cleaning fees.
$2700/week if you rent both weeks.
