Helping Hands needs a new or newer TRUCK!
Many of you already know that Community Helping Hands was started because a gentleman had an unused warehouse and decided to allow the community to use the space to store and distribute items to local families with emergency needs for household items, clothing, and furniture.
CHH holds a dollar-a-bag sale once a month and are saving money to replace their
30-year-old truck.
Knowing the generosity of Chautauquans, I thought I'd put the word out to see if anyone has a newer truck to donate, or possibly provide the funds for one.
*follow 394 to Foote Av, turn right. Turn left at Water St. (If detour is still in effect, just follow the winding detour to Foote Av...still a right turn for 2 blocks.) or use GPS.
Other items they can use: cans, bottles, all working electronics (including printers, faxes, TVs, and more).
Thank you for reading this far and considering their needs.
