Just spent 15 minutes trying to get through to CHQ by phone. It seems that some #s still exist but some people seem to have no phone access. Anyone know of a way to get through to specific departments. Specifically Publications.
We started with the worse website I have ever seen. Now we have upped this to no phone access. Some offices have had their phone #s removed from the website. Specifically Publications.
Frustration abounds.
