CI mail - help identifying

Hello grapeviners. I have USPS informed delivery and a week ago there was a picture of mail for me from the Institution, PO Box 28. I still haven't received the piece of mail. Can anyone tell me what department that is, and/or who I should contact about it? Thanks for your help! See you soonish! Lee Heinz
