Dr. Anderson specializes in abdominal and pelvic health, breath strengthening, and orthopedics. She’s has acted as an adjunct professor at FGCU’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program, and the Naples primary treating therapist for Miami City Ballet, and is currently cofounder of the SpelLife Podcast, Owner of Core to Floor Wellness LLC, and a certified Hypopressives with Apnea instructor (a cutting-edge approach to breath, posture, and core restoration.)
