Join me for a strengthening class focused on breath, core, and posture to help improve stability, recovery, mobility, and overall health longevity.

This is an active class — not a lecture — where you will learn and practice diaphragmatic breathing, core recovery exercises, and postural strengthening techniques in a supportive environment.

No equipment or experience needed — just come ready to breathe, move, and feel better!
