Chautauqua used to post a grid calendar that had the highlights of each day's events for the summer. Does anyone know how to access that calendar for the 2025 season? When I click on "Grid Calendar" on Chautauqua's Web site it displays next year's weekly themes but not the grid calendar the Institution always published.

Thanks to the helpful folks who responded to my post asking if they know how to access the Grid Calendar on Chautauqua's website. I'm aware of the beautiful full-color printed calendar the Institution distributes in the late spring but I'm looking for the electronic Grid Calendar the Institution used to post on the Chautauqua Web site in the early winter and update regularly. I would send copies of that calendar to my friends to help them plans their summer stays at Chautauqua. I'll attach a copy of last year's calendar so you can see what it looked like. I used to access the calendar by choosing "Grid Calendar" from the Chautauqua Events area but clicking on that link now shows the weekly themes and not the calendar so I'm wondering if anyone figured out how to get the actual Grid Calendar (or, if someone from the Institution monitoring the Grapevine can tell us when it might be posted this year).

Emily Morris was kind enough to reach out to me and explain that she expects the Institution to post the Grid Calendar sometime next month if not earlier. I'll post a note on the Grapevine to let people know when it's available.

I’m not seeing the grid with this link?

Last year Emily sent it out regularly as a pdf via the Grapevine…could you start that again please?

Thank you!

Friends,
The link to the “Grid” calendar will be on chq.org under the “Things to do” tab. Right now, what you will find at that link is our “At a Glance” sheet that offers the themes and confirmed highlights of each week to date. Soon we will replace that with the 65 day, one page “Grid” pdf that is posted there and updated regularly starting soon.

Here is the direct link if you want to bookmark it. https://www.chq.org/things-to-do/events/grid-calendar/
