We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Bob Chubb. Please find herewith the lovely message from his family…
Friends and Family,
Robert passed on to a better world early on the morning of 2/12/23. Robert had so many friends, coworkers, and family that made his life complete. We would like to thank the MANY people in his life that have sent messages or have come to visit him these past few weeks to show their love and respect to a great human. The stories and memories shared with Robert brought warmth to his heart and made his last days peaceful and a true celebration. All of us are comforted knowing that he lived his life to the fullest. Traveling, spending time with friends, waterskiing, and wakeboarding, and being a great brother and uncle filled his life with joy. As you walk through this day, put a smile on your face knowing that Robert is looking down at us as a guardian angel. Thank you all for being a special part of his life. May God bless you all.
The Celebration of Life for Bob in Atlanta will be on this Saturday, February 18. The Celebration of Life for Bob at Chautauqua will take place on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at 1:00 pm in the Hall of Philosophy. Memorial Gifts in Memory of the Chubb Family may be made to the Chautauqua Foundation, directed to the attention of Geof Follansbee, P.O. Box 28, Chautauqua, NY 14722.
