2026 Nature Photography Contest: Deadline June 30. New categories this year – same great prizes!

April 25–May 3 Birdathon: Create your own team of birders and raise some money for a deserving college-bound student.

May 1 First Friday: “Prize-winning Plumage and Bird Behaviors” with Jan Bowman.

May 2 Bird Banding: Saturday, 7–11 a.m. Drop in any time. Free. Also happening Saturdays, May 9 and 16.

May 2 Audubon Photography Club: Saturday, 10-11 a.m.

May 3 First Sunday Story Time: For ages 2–8 with an adult. Program and Sunday admission are free. 

May 9 Bird Banding: Saturday, 7–11 a.m. Drop in any time. Free. Also happening Saturday, May 16.

May 9 Little Explorers: Saturday, 10–11:30 a.m. “Down in the Dirt.” for 3–8 year-olds and their favorite grown-ups.

May 16 Bird Banding: Saturday, 7–11 a.m. Drop in any time. Free. 

May 16 Plant Sale: Saturday, 9 a.m.–1 p.m.

May 29–31 Allegany Nature Pilgrimage: Friday–Sunday at Allegany State Park.
