Lead Cook
This isn’t a high-volume kitchen, it’s a curated experience.
As Lead Cook, you’ll collaborate on seasonal menus, create wine-paired small bites, and keep our kitchen prepped and running smooth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop & rotate our seasonal small plates menu
• Place and manage weekly food orders
• Maintain food safety + kitchen prep
• Collaborate with owner & bartender on new offerings
Qualifications:
• Previous lead kitchen experience preferred
• Comfortable with solo prep and execution
• Creative and detail-oriented
• Weekend availability required
Lead Bartender
Our guests come for wine, conversation, and an escape from the ordinary. We are seeking a confident bartender who knows wine, can handle a small bar independently, and thrives on giving every guest a memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
• Set up & break down bar service
• Use Toast POS to run efficient, smooth shifts
• Recommend and pair wines with food menu
• Keep the atmosphere light, elevated, and fun
Qualifications:
• Prior bartending experience
• Wine knowledge (and a passion for it!)
• Toast POS experience preferred
• Strong customer service & communication
