Subject: [CHQ-G Chautauqua-grapevine] Opinions on Commercial Fire Alarm Systems for your Whole Condo/Home

We are part of a 7 unit condo whose commercial fire alarm system is due to be replaced/revamped after 20+ years. We had been using Simplex but we are also taking bids from Allied and DFT. Does anyone have any opinions or recommendations in this area for these and any other vendors? Also, after 20+ years I would think there would be a lot more features and capabilities other than just smoke (burglary, video monitoring, remote controlling, thermostats etc etc. Thanks in advance

You may wish to join a bunch of us in October who plan to visit sites in Buffalo, take tours, dine together perhaps take in a play and spend a night or so in this city which is being transformed and revived.

You need not participate in all activities nor do you need to commit today to anything. Just reply to me to get your name on the list and I’ll send something out after the season with various events and prices.

Most of us will definitely be taking the private tour of Forest Lawn Sunday morning, October 9. Many plan to attend the Alleyway Theater production the night before. Most will want to sample the Riverfront, Harborside and Canalside developments.

Our group will consist of perhaps two dozen Chautauquans so we may be able to carpool and make a day or two of it.

See the video below to get a feeling for the opportunity.

Best wishes,

I have two twin memory foam mattresses for sale. I purchased them in 2013 for a guest room. I believe they have been slept on for 10 weeks during that time. We bought them from Sam's Club. Here is the link to the product description: http://www.samsclub.com/sams/8-night-therapy-total-comfort-premium-memory-foam-mattress-queen/prod2980302.ip

They are in two layers of protective mattress covers. I am asking $100 for both of them.

Please email me at mrs...@yahoo.com with any questions or if you would like to see them.
