Gov. Cuomo expands NY mandatory quarantine to 8 more states

As Dr. Fauci testified to the US Senate earlier that the US is seeing 40k new COVID19 cases per day and that he expects that to go as high as 100k if people don't start acting like there is a pandemic going on, Governor Cuomo has added 8 States to the mandatory 14-day quarantine list if people come here from one of those States. He did remove Washington State though.

If you're traveling to New York from the following states you must self-quarantine for 14 days.

The states are: AL, AR, AZ, CA, FL, GA, IA, ID, LA, MS, NC, NV, SC, TN, TX, UT.
