Sorry to report that Marshall Nelson passed away yesterday, Thursday January 24 in Jamestown. Marshall was 90 years young,.
A memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian Church in Jamestown on Sunday at 2:00 PM.

We are greatly saddened to learn of the death of former Chautauqua treasurer and longtime Chautauqua Usher and community member Marshall Nelson.

The Post-JournalMarshall D. Nelson, 90, of 190 Aldren Ave., Jamestown, died Thursday, Jan 24, 2013, in WCA Hospital.
The husband of the late Lillian Malmberg Nelson, he was the former director of finance for Chautauqua County.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan 27, in Bellinger Chapel of First Presbyterian Church.
Friends will be received from 4-6 p.m. Saturday in the Lind Funeral Home.
A complete obituary for Mr. Nelson will appear in Sunday edition of the The Post-Journal.
