We’ve recently had a season renter cancel in our First Floor Garden Studio apartment. The apartment shares a beautiful extremely large Chautauqua Porch.  We would like to re-rent to a single or couple for the season, half season or for multiple weeks if possible. Call us to get on a priority list for single weeks.  

The apartment has a very comfortable queen bed, full bath with tub/shower and adjustable handholds, a kitchenette with apartment sized refrigerator, both AC and Heat and a ceiling fan. It has all the modern conveniences you would expect in today’s world.
