These take place at the Nature Center, 1600 Riverside Road, Jamestown, N.Y., one-quarter mile east of Route 62 between Jamestown, N.Y., and Warren, Pa. Click on the links for more information and to make reservations.

The connection begins with you. 

October 3 First Friday: 11 a.m–noon, Native Culinary Herbs for the Home Garden with Sarah Sorci.

October 3 and 4 Enchanted Forest: Friday and Saturday, 6–8 p.m.

October 5 First Sunday Story Time: 12:30–1 p.m., for children 2–8 with an adult.

October 11 Little Explorers: Saturday, 10–11:30 a.m., Kids ages 3–8 and their favorite grown-ups learn about “Squirrels and Chipmunks.”

October 13 Camp: Monday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m., for 4–12 year olds.
