The Monday Nite Big Band will be playing at Lindsay Street Hall
Monday, March 22 at 7:30 p.m. The event is free, open to all ages and
there will be a cash bar (as usual). This Monday they will be doing a
photo shoot for the band, so come out dressed in your favorite vintage
finery!
We will be having another Jump-N-Jive Record Hop on Wednesday, March
24 at 8:00 pm. This is a great opportunity to come out dancing to some
great music: from Swing, jumpin’ Rhythm & Blues, to early Rock & Roll
and Rockabilly. Something’s sure to get your feet moving!
The folks at Lindsay Street Hall are awesomely generous for hosting
this event for FREE! The only money they get is from the drinks they
sell, so buying their bottled water, soda, beer, etc. is very much
appreciated.
Jump-N-Jive Record Hop

Free 1/2 hour beginner lesson at 8:00 pm.
Free intermediate lesson at 8:30 pm (This month we are focusing on
side-by-side Charleston!)
Open dancing 9-11 pm
Lindsay Street Hall is located at the corner of Lindsay Street and
MLK, across from Bessie Smith Hall. The address is 901 Lindsay Street,
Chattanooga, TN 37402. There is plenty of parking on the street and in
the adjacent parking lot.

Registration for ATLX: Lucky No. 7 is up and running!
March 26-28, 2010 they’re offering 30 hours of dancing to amazing
bands and Southeastern DJs, both lindy and blues rooms at the late-
nights, and a good ol’ Southern barbecue!
Registration is $80 through March 21 only.
