Time for the Annual list of cheap Compact Flash.
Today Adorama.com has a Kingstone 4gb 133x compact flash card for $40
before $40 mail in rebate.

B&H has an 8gb Extreme III Compact Flash card for $100. There is a
mail in visa prepaid debit card on this that gets better as you buy
more cards. 1 Extreme III and you get $40, 2 cards and you get $100
