Does anyone know if there is an ‘album’ capability in Photoshop CS3?

With Warmest Regards,

If you mean some sort of organization for your actual photos...No.

But, you could use Bridge if you don't like/have iPhoto, Lightroom,
Aperture etc.

Does standalone Photoshop come with Bridge, or do you have to buy the
entire suite?

That, I don't know...

PS stand alone does come with Bridge. If you are looking for photo
management there are better programs than Bridge in my opinion. It
may get you by though.

If you are looking for web galleries presets photoshop will take care
of you.

I've heard very good things about Picasa (PC only) for simple photo
management. I doubt many amateurs would care to delve into Lightroom.

Plus, it's free and integrates with gmail/google.

I know Matt is sick and tired of hearing me harp on Aperture, but for
the Mac aperture has some really amazing organization tools built
in.

I think Tracy is a PC girl...

And for me, iPhoto only. If Aperture had any sort of integration, I
might consider it.

I've got 12k images, which isn't a lot... and it was incredibly slow
on my machine. (Macbook Pro 17" 2gb Ram)

No way should a photo organization tool be so unwieldy.

Yup - Tracy is a PC girl... I have never had the opportunity to be around a
Mac - so never learned much about them.

You should try Aperture 2 - I am just saying.
