Subject: Border Collie Looking for a Home to Herd

I am looking for a home for my 11 month old Border Collie, Millicent Rose (Millie) who I have been raising since she was left on a friend's doorstep as a puppy. I am specifically interested in someone with a farm for her to hone her herding skills and have plenty of room to run and/or for someone who has a dog looking for a playmate. She is a wonderful, loving, very smart dog. She knows the sit and stay command. She has been great with me, my boys and other dogs--even my cat loves her. She is an indoor/outdoor dog but loves being outside. I currently live on a fenced in acre and work from home; but I am a single mother and about to start traveling more for work so really feel it is best for me to find her a new loving home where she can do what she was born to do—herd and be a farm dog. I am not asking for any money and only a loving home. She is up to date on all of her shots and vaccines. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if you would like to setup a time to meet her. If you are not able to view the picture, I have them on request.
