Watch out if you have Amazon Kindle unlimited subscription. Their first-month free cancellation doesn't seem to work unless you send them an email.

Hello,
I understand that you had cancelled the Kindle Unlimited subscription however, you haven't received the refund yet. I assure that I will definitely help you with it.
I noticed that the subscription was cancelled however the refund was not issued due to some technical glitch. In order to make things right for you, I have manually issued a refund of $10.94 to your account. The refund will be credited to your account within 2-3 business days.
I hope this would be helpful. Thank you for contacting Amazon.

Comments:Hi,
I ordered the Kindle White in Jan 2016 that came with a promotional one-month Kindle unlimited subscription and my credit card was charged $10.94. I canceled the subscription a few days later as I didn't need it but I still haven't received a credit back.
Can you please tell me when I will have the credit back?
Thanks,
Andy
