Watch out if you have Amazon Kindle unlimited subscription. Their first-month free cancellation doesn't seem to work unless you send them an email.

I ordered the Kindle White in Jan 2016 that came with a promotional one-month Kindle unlimited subscription and my credit card was charged $10.94. I canceled the subscription a few days later as I didn't need it but I still haven't received a credit back.

Can you please tell me when I will have the credit back?
