I was talking to Microsoft Tech Support to help get more troubleshoot info for the Surface issue Miranda's Dad is having.
My goodness, our customer support (usually done by vendors we hire) is just too cheesy (see yellow text below). It definitely doesn't look as cool as Apple's geniuses at the Store. We need to get more cool aid in training.
